Steve was able to post my townhouse condo on MLS for sale quickly, with short notice, allowing it to be sold the same weekend at higher than asking price.  He is very nice to work with and was very responsive with texts, emails and phone calls at any time of the day.  He is also knowledgeable with trades and was able to give good advice on touch ups to help my property sell better.  Steve is an excellent communicator and was able to negotiate against unreasonable demands from the buyer in order to waive sale conditions.
